The Michipicoten Memorial Community Centre offers fitness classes for a wide range of ages and abilities!

The Michipicoten Memorial Community Centre (MMCC) has certified fitness instructors that offer up to 12 Fitness/Wellness classes per week from Monday to Friday in three month intervals from mid-September to December, January to March and April to June. There is something to suit all ages from Beginners to Advanced, younger and older adults.

The instructors work as a team with the Community Centre providing quality classes to promote health and fitness for people of any age. Classes include Zumba, Cardio Kick, Yoga/Pilates Fusion, Total Body-Intervals, Total Body Low Impact, Body Blast Intervals and Stretching, Total Fit-Seniors, TaijiFit Flow. The classes complement the facility and offer more opportunity to be active and stay healthy.

A FREE Seniors Functional Fit Class is also offered. Purchasing a 3-month fitness membership to coincide with the fitness classes allows a member full access to any and all classes as well as full use of the fitness centre.
