Wawa is a great place to get out on the water. With many inland lakes as well as access to Lake Superior, there’s no better place to put a boat in than our community. 

Harry McCluskie Municipal Marina

We offer a partially serviced marina on the Michipicoten River mouth to Lake Superior. Famous for its salmon fishing, the mouth of the river and Michipicoten Bay are a northern paradise.

Boat slips and launch passes can be purchased at the Michipicoten Memorial Community Centre located at 3 Chris Simon Drive in Wawa, Ontario. Contact the Proshop at 705-856-2244 ext. 240 for more information.
