7.2 By-Law No. 3835-25 to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting held on the 1^st day of December 2025

7.3 By-Law No. 3836-25 - to authorize The Corporation of the Municipality of Wawa to enter into an agreement to participate in the Downtown Wawa Community Improvement Plan Financial Incentives Program to make improvements to the property located at 55 Broadway Avenue.

7.4 By-Law No 3837-25 to authorize the Municipality of Wawa to enter into an Agreement for the lease of a portion of 96 Broadway Avenue, Lower Floor.
