SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATIONS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES

TAKE NOTICE that on the 19th day of March 2024, The Corporation of the Municipality of Wawa adopted By-Laws No. 3693-24 and 3694-24 under Sections 17 and 34 of the Ontario Planning Act to amend the Wawa Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit and regulate Short-Term Rentals.
