Council for the Municipality of Wawa appreciates the time many of you have taken to become involved in our ongoing Official Plan Update. At this time, the draft Official Plan and its related mapping are available for review and comment. It is noted that the current draft of the Plan is dated June 2010.

The draft Official Plan was sent to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for their review June 11, 2010 and two formal public meetings of Council were held on October 21, 2009 and March 3, 2010. Individuals and agencies were invited to provide their comments to Council.
